CLINICAL RESEARCH PHARMACIST

Location: TRUE, Zomba Offices
Employment Type: Fixed-term (2 years, renewable based on performance and funding)
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer (administrative line management)
Study line: Principal Investigator of the assigned study or studies
Supervises: Pharmacy Technicians across all study sites

Position Overview
The Clinical Research Pharmacist leads TRUE's clinical trial pharmacy function. The post-holder is accountable for the investigational product across every TRUE study site-regulatory authorisation, importation and supply, storage, dispensing, accountability, return and destruction – and for ensuring that pharmacy practice at each site meets ICH-GCP, PMRA and sponsor requirements.

The role additionally carries a defined set of research governance responsibilities that strengthen the wider portfolio, and is responsible for establishing, training and leading TRUE's team of Pharmacy Technicians.
