An exciting opportunity has arisen in Malawi Posts Corporation to fill the following vacancies:

Position: Driver
Grade: M10
Location: Chichiri, Lilongwe and Mzuzu Courier Offices

Duties / Responsibilities

• Driving and taking good care of MPC vehicles.
• Inspecting the vehicle for defects before, during and after trips and report to the Transport Officer.
• Checking mail list to determine the number of mail bags carried and verifying accuracy.
• Reporting all accidents and incidents involving the Corporation vehicles to the Transport Officer.
• Reporting any delays due to breakdowns, traffic condition, or other emergencies relating to the collection of mail.
• Maintaining all vehicle records such as logbooks
• Any other related duties assigned by Management from time to time

Job Requirements

• MSCE
• Driving licence Code C1 with category PGD
• More than 4 years of experience
