Job Description

The Technical Advisor I – Cooperative Development will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the cooperative development programs. This includes working closely with local partners to enhance their capacity in cooperative management, governance, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to local partners in cooperative development.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for cooperative members.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cooperative programs.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to promote cooperative development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in cooperative development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
